Careinstructions
- Roll up your products that have been compressed for transport. It may take a few days to regain its shape and fluffiness. Please pat them lightly to fluff them up.
- You can prolong the life of your bedding with a cover/case/protector which protects them from stains and dirt.
- Allergens thrive in environments that are damp, warm, and dark. To prevent this, air out your bedding in the morning to allow any remaining moisture to evaporate before putting it back on the bed.
- To keep your bedding free from allergens and dirt, carefully follow the washing instructions on the sewn label.
- Air your bedding often to keep it free from dust and fresh and dry.
- For down feather products: You may wonder why there are black dots inside. Because our filling is natural-source down and feather, there will be some colored down and feathers even though the goose/duck looks snow white (IDFL standard: max 1% colored down and feathers in white).
- For down feather/foam/gel products: There may be some smell which will fade away once you take them out of the package, please air them for some time as the smell usually dissipates.
- For down feather products: Use one-third the normal amount of detergent and wash separately. If possible, use a professional laundry service.
- After washing, make sure to promptly dry your bedding until the filling is completely dry.
