Return Policy

  • Return Period: Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with original packaging, to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
  • Proof of Purchase:
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

    • In order to comply with the regulations, apsmilehome.com does not handle after-sales and refund services for other platforms and websites.
  • Return Address: Please contact our customer service before returning any items. We will provide you with the latest return address.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds may take a few days to appear on your account. If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or reach out to your bank.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you still haven't received a refund, contact us at contact@apsmile.com.
  • Sale Items: Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at contact@apsmile.com and we will guide you through the process.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Insurance: For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
