General Usage Guidelines
Initial Use?
- Please shake well and air it for a few hours, or tumble dry at a low temperature for 10 to 20 minutes — this helps the natural feather down product to re-fluff and eliminate its original odor.

Black Spots?
- You might wonder why there are black spots inside our white feather-down products. It's because we use 100% natural, unbleached down feathers. There will be a few colorful down and feathers, even though the goose/duck appears snow-white. (IDFL Standard: Max 1% colorful down and feathers in white)
Not Soft Enough?
- The down-proof cotton fabric will bloom and soften after washing. If necessary, please consider washing it once before the initial use.
How to Keep It Fresh?
- Always use with a cover/protector.
- Try pulling back the sheets each morning to air the bed and promote moisture-wicking.
- Try to air it out for 1 to 2 hours when sunshine is available.
Care Instructions
- Use with a Cover/Protector whenever possible.
- Spot clean or dry clean whenever possible.
- Tumble dry at a low temperature (max 60°C/140°F).
- Ensure thorough drying before re-use and storage.
- Do not iron.

- Return Period: Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
